CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel or change any booking up to 24 hours before the appointment time with no charge.

If you cancel or change your booking within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the full cost of your treatment. If you do not attend your appointment and have not notified me, you will be charged 100% of the full cost of your treatment.
